In Arbiter MHSAA/WMSOA Officials Need To Complete A Game Report

Requested information for High School game reports (reviewed by WMSOA)

(Information needs to be entered on Arbiter within 24 hours after match by Referee of match)

1. Field manager present

2. Certified Trainer present

3. Information on any injuries

4. Goal scorers (player number and team name)

5. Information on yellow and red cards

6. Any trouble (coaches, fans, players, etc)

7. Weather related issues

8. Was the match on schedule

9. Anything unusual that should be noted during match play

10. Whether you received game payment at site or not

11. Any safety issues for referees or players
     

ALL RED cards must be called into your assignor that day (within 24 hours).
