Based on the feedback we received from members, we have moved to having two dates for our fall preseason meeting and fitness test.

Monday August 5th and Tuesday August 6th

We will be holding our sessions at Grandville High School. (Map/directions click here)

Both sessions will follow the same agenda below:

5:30pm – Fitness test for ALL college referees and those doing High School but interested in higher level games or getting into college

5:30pm – New referee field session (for new referees or those wanting to review mechanics)

6:45 -7:15 – Collective group session for all WMSOA members

7:15 – 8:45 – High school and College breakout training sessions

As a reminder the fitness test is two parts, 6 repeated sprints of 40m in 9 seconds per sprint and an interval test, run 150m, walk 50m, for 10 full laps. You have 45 seconds to complete each interval. Start practicing to ensure success!

Last year over 30 WMSOA members took advantage of a bulk purchase through WMSOA to join the National Association of Sports Officials (NASO). There are many reason on why to join. With our bulk purchasing ability, members are able to join for just $84 year (this is $32 off the list price of $116. ) For those members who joined last this past year (January 2020), you will be sent your renewal in your WMSOA billing.
