Requested information for High School game reports (reviewed by WMSOA)

(Information needs to be entered on The Arbiter within 24 hours after match by Referee of match) 

  1. Field conditions
  2. Field manager present
  3. Certified Trainer present
  4. Information on any injuries
  5. Goal scorers (player number and team name)
  6. Information on yellow  and red cards (details of red cards to be called in to Greg Pilbeam – 616-463-4630)
  7. Any trouble (coaches, fans, players, etc)
  8. Weather related issues
  9. Was the match on schedule
  10. Anything unusual that should be noted during match play
  11. Whether you received game payment at site or not
  12. Any safety issues for referees or players
